Not just sleepy, but TIRED… Weary in your soul deep down. Tired of the battle, the pain, the disappointments, the stress? Are you just tired?

TURN TO JESUS!

Only Jesus gives peace and rest. Only Jesus makes life as fresh as the morning dew. Only Jesus can make your heart sing!

Not self help books, not speakers, not works, not money, not fun, not pleasure, not even religion. Nothing else can fill the heart of man with peace and purpose. Only a relationship with Jesus can fill that hole inside. Only time alone with Him can calm the storms inside.

Today we turn to psychologist, psychiatrist, therapy, religion, drugs, … The list is long. But peace and rest are not to be found in any of those things. It is all Jesus. It is only Jesus. He is who can bring life. Only He can change a heart, thoughts, habits, feelings.

Man keeps searching for another answer, anything but Jesus. We are still hiding from the voice of God calling “Adam, where are you?” Do you hear? He calls for you. He waits for you. Not to condemn you, but to forgive! To talk to you, to restore you to your rightful place as son or daughter of the king! Answer that call with “here I am Lord” and see if He does not fill your heart with glory and light, erasing the pain and filling the emptiness.

Turn to Jesus! The work is done. It is finished. No more is coming. All that is left is to answer his call. Just answer. He calls.
